Maintenance team is impeccable! Close to restaurants, Grocery stores and more! Location is superb! Matching the office teams hospitality! If it wasn't for a relocation, we would still be there :) Thank you for all you do! My family and I will never forget the memories we made there!!! Wow ❤️
I wish I could give these apartments a negative star review they are terrible and the front office assistant manager love to yell and lose her temper I really hope corporate sees this and do something about there terrible assistant manager
I have enjoyed living at legacy mill! The minimal maintenance issues I have had were fixed quickly within the same day or next. I see the occasional dead bug in my apartment, but that is normal living in Georgia. I love the balconies/porch every apartment complex has. I enjoy the landscape of the apartment complex and how accessible and easy it is to walk a dog!
I am beginning my fourth year here. I love all the staff, both office and maintenance. This complex is older, so the kitchen isn't as modern as you see in newer complexes, but what mattered so much to me was the mature landscaping, a sense of "feeling safe", the wonderful location, and the fact that it is so pet friendly. Also I love meeting and getting to know people of all ages as this gives me a true sense of community. I highly recommend!
