Mixed feelings so far. Visits are polite but short and rushed (5-10 minutes) where each time there is so pressure to join the group visits instead of individual ones. It is more convenient for them of course but doesn’t work for everyone else’s schedule. Their billing dept is hard to get complete information from. If I could give a million stars I would. I can't say enough amazing things about this midwifery. I have been seeing them for a surprise pregnancy and have been met without judgement and with the utmost care. They have you see a different midwife each time, which I love because you get to know each one as there is no guarentee yours will be available when you go into labor. They called the wrong person for my appointment, didn't verify, left me in the waiting room for an hour, and the room for another half hour. Shoved me in between two other appointments. My actual appointment was less than 2 minutes. They then charged me $200 for a 20min visit, and when I disputed it they said it went toward my deductible so it didn't matter and kept the charge. Sketchy cost coding practices, don't own up to simple mistakes.
