I've been here 3 times now and have had a really empathetic, caring experience every time. Really patient doctors/PAs/nurses who heard me out and helped fix me up. And all of them were super efficient and kind!
I've read some terrible reviews of Legacy Meridian ER and I have to disagree with all of them. I had my 96 year old father with pneumonia transported here by ambulance on a Saturday. He was transferred to a room almost immediately after intake. When I arrived about an hour later the front desk staff, Nora, who was incredibly welcoming and friendly verified my identity and allowed me access to his room immediately. Do not go here. Even if you tell them the exact problem a Dr has told you to go in for. They treat people like drug addicts for no reason. They traumatized my children for nothing. Instead of helping me they left me in a room with needles on the floor and a call button that worked once. The lady said I'll let your nurse know u need help and 15 minutes later still nothing. Great staff, only issue the wait time is horrendous. So far over an hour wait and still not in yet.
