If you ever have to visit the ER and Dr. Lawrence walks into your room, run. My experience with him was absolutely terrible. He came across as dismissive, uncaring, and completely lacking in compassion. He spent very little time with me, did not meaningfully discuss my test results, did not explain his reasoning, and gave me no clear action plan for the symptoms that brought me to the ER. I was there last week. In and out regarding a blood pressure issue. Quick and professional care.
This hospitals emergency department has fallen so far below medical standards. Patients sitting in the lobby bleeding on the floor. Trash talking patients in the nurses station calling the “MRI patient a fucking nut job”, and LITERALLY forgetting a patient in a back room. Hours in a room and no one checking in once. This used to be a wonderful hospital. It’s sad how disgusting it is now. If at all possible go elsewhere
Terrible ER shouldn’t be handling SA cases if they don’t have anyone competent enough to do it.
