My wife was admitted for a scheduled shoulder replacement surgery. The entire staff that we dealt with was very kind, patient , and professional ! Particular shout out to nurse Charlotte ! Thank you for easing her anxiety and being so kind !
I ended up here a couple weeks ago due to an emergency, and had to return yesterday for some diagnostics. Both experiences were great. Attentive staff, timing was true to prediction. Staff was patient with my questions and requests. They made a scary experience as comfortable for me as possible.
I have been in the ED dept several times in the past month and I just want to say that I have been treated with patience and the utmost respect! The staff there is amazing, caring and a wonderful group of people. I want to thank them all for their kindness.
"I had so much fun!" was what I said to the ultrasound tech when I left. Gina was so kind, professional, and just a really cool person to be with. Every time I've come to this hospital for different test, etc., I've had a wonderful experience, from check-in to the amazing team of people here. Thanks Legacy! And thanks Gina for being so awesome!
