Thank God I'm not in excruciating pain because I've been sitting here for an hour and a half for someone to come tell me my results. This is ridiculous, I asked if the could just call me with the results and was basically laughed at because they "don't do that here". So I'm just being held hostage until they have time for their patients.... Awesome!

We called everyday for 29 days to set up an MRI. Each time we were put on hold for over an hour. Since our approval was only good for 30 days we had to drive 50 miles round trip to just set up the appointment. We even tried leaving a message to no avail!
I went in for a sore on my leg. They gave me a referral for the Oregon clinic in Tualatin.. I went to the Oregon clinic seen the doctor. They told me to get blood work and then they would perform a surgery to fix my wound. Two months went by. I hadn’t heard from them. I called them only to be ignored. I went back to Tualatin hospital asked for a new referral. They said that they would give me one, but they never did. Tuesday June 2nd my grandma went into this hospitals er, they sent her home and said everything came back normal. Wednesday June 3rd she went to St. Vincent and she has severe pneumonia and sepsis and now is in the icu. DONT TRUST THIS HOSPITAL
