Failed to submit for pre auth before my father’s imaging and then cancelled the appointment - blamed the ordering Dr which sounds procedurally incorrect. Insurance approved quickly but it was too late.
Tammy was super rude on the phone. Tried calling multiple times to be sent to the "All Other Imaging Needs" phone line and kept being redirected to the original call. Once I waited for 30 minutes to get connected to the breast imaging department, before I could even finish speaking, Tammy sent me back to the original phone line that led me nowhere. Why does this feel impossible to schedule? This company is making millions of dollars a day and I can't even schedule an ultrasound? So frustrating. Do better.
Imaging and other departments like the cardiopulmonary lab are in dire need of more phone attendants. I experienced very long hold times on the phone. The attendant was friendly and helpful once the phone was answered.
Have had orders sent by my doctor for a week. Imaging has never called me and NEVER answers their phone. HIRE MORE PEOPLE!
