About the worst Dr's office I've been to. Dr dismisses you outright, offers no help nor referrals. Receptionists were downright unprofessional up to and including bad mouthing patients for their wardrobe as they were leaving. I would highly advise against going here. 2yrs later and they're every bit as bad. The receptionists have such terrible customer service skills they shouldn't be allowed to work with the public. This time I'm going to chase this up the ladder to the top and get these terrible women away from the public.

Thumbs up My care has been met from seeing doctors to having minor surgery. Needs help in scheduling and how many doctors they have. But a good place.

Patient for over 20 years. Wish I had known how bad they are. High cholesterol for years. Allergic to statins, but pain in my legs is better than a stroke. 3 TIAs and they finally put me on the smallest statin. After my small stroke they bumped up the dose but would not order a Lipid Pannel to determine how effective they were. Instead 6 weeks after the stroke, with recovery nearly 90% they medically suspended my drivers licence w8th no discussion or exam. If you are transgender, do not risk this chain or facility. I have been abused and left to fend for myself since the beginning in 2015. Recently Megan Bird cut me off from T for 3 weeks illegally , without any effort to make contact to me and fix the situation. Then, an appointment was scheduled against my knowledge , I missed it, and they used it as a reason to ban me from their clinic. These people are horrible and have used transgender people to make Money. Nothing but heartless bullies.
