Extremely unhelpful, borderline unprofessional provider and staff. They don't allow transfers, so make sure you research the doctor you're establishing care with because you're stuck with them. This is not explained when you schedule. 'If you didn't like your care, we suggest you call another location' = 'we don't care, go away'. I suggest you simply go somewhere else to begin with
About the worst Dr's office I've been to. Dr dismisses you outright, offers no help nor referrals. Receptionists were downright unprofessional up to and including bad mouthing patients for their wardrobe as they were leaving. I would highly advise against going here. 2yrs later and they're every bit as bad. The receptionists have such terrible customer service skills they shouldn't be allowed to work with the public. This time I'm going to chase this up the ladder to the top and get these terrible women away from the public.
