One of the most unprofessional front office staff I’ve ever seen. I have also worked as a medical receptionist so I very well understand how you should act especially with patients within ear shot. These ladies are actively talking about a coworker and her private part smells and more with myself and 9 year old daughter present in the waiting room where we can very much hear as there is nothing to block the sound as in music or tv or anything. Great doctors subpar administrative team. Prepare for hilarious antics.
Correctly directed us to rheumatology for an unknown injury my non verbal daughter had a few years ago. Very professional, kind, knowledgeable, helpful.
They are unapologetically incapable of keeping their own opponents. If you are lucky enough to have a choice, stay away. They will have zero respect for your time.
