As someone shared previously, I had the same exp with my referral not being reviewed for a terrible amount of time. I call and leave a voicemail and nobody calls me back.

Be nice if you would have told me FOUR months ago that my referral wasn't valid. Told numerous times they were working on it and "not sure why it didn't go through." What a joke.

My mother has a lot of spinal stenosis throughout her spine and lots of nerves compression, she has numbness throughout her body. She also has seizures and she has been recently diagnosed with cancer of her cervix. My mother had an appointment with dr. Slater today and dr. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE. My son was sick with covid and missed two appointments with a brain neurosurgeon at the Meridian park neurosurgery clinic. We called the clinic and let them know that he was sick prior to the appointments. Later when we called to reschedule my son’s appointment, we learned that the doctor dismissed my son from any future appointments even though by their policy you can miss two appointments.
