Horrible inadequate level of care from a high level specialty practice. I recommend going anywhere else for your spinal surgery and follow up care. My mother has 20 staples on the back of her neck where she had C-3-7 fused. An extremely delicate procedure with a very difficult and long recovery process. This office won’t return phone calls regarding her basic follow up care and refuses to treat her for extreme pain just 1 week after her surgery. I'm new to the clinic but Dr.Dempster is the bee's knees. I don't feel rushed in and out, he very obviously cares for his patients and I understand everything I'm being told. I've had a good experience thus far!

Whoever the male employee working the front desk is is rude, disrespectful and completely incompetent! Pick another profession if you don’t want to help people!

My first visit to get a new primary care doctor I was unsure where to go so I stopped in to ask where to go the Asian fellow behind the counter was looking up my information and with everything I attempted to provide he would have me repeat the information 234x. I conveyed that if he would take off his hat and headset that perhaps he could hear me better. Well he and the other fellow behind the counter began laughing loudly for several minutes.
