Whatever you do, do not trust test results that you get back from Legacy medical center in Lethbridge alberta. A Doctor from legacy medical center told me I had caught an s t I. They gave me a prescription And then fired me as a patient saying that I was difficult. But I did not trust or beleive the doctor, so I held on to the prescription. I came to this clinic when I moved to Lethbridge in the hopes of getting a family doctor. I was given a doctor who will remain nameless, but was repeatedly unprofessional, neglectful, and ignored key details in handling my needs. Focused more on getting patients in and out, the physician - whose previous experience was explained to me as an ER doctor - would often ignore or misunderstand requests, improperly assess situations, or in a most recent case, over-refer me to specialists and programs. From the moment you walk on the door to the moment you leave ..you feel cared for, welcomed and important. The front line staff are incredible..friendly, efficient and caring…and they have a sense of humour and fun too. Nurses who take your blood and get you settled are most approachable and friendly. The doctors provide careful assessment and care and referrals as necessary to ensure your health is kept in check. It’s honestly hands down the best GP clinic I have ever attended.

I had a very disappointing and unpleasant experience with Chinese doctor today. From the moment I entered the room, he was extremely rude and dismissive. The first thing he said to me was to take off my earmuffs, even though I explained that I was wearing them because my ear was in pain and sensitive to the cold.
