the front 2 staff members, won't name names are absolutely amazibg however i have questions, SOME of the staff are actually helping, the drs in the office ask the nurses for what they should do, but as the patient, we're the ones questioed......as a Dr's office to busy and to full to fully help and take the right and proper care for their patients, please tell us "difficult" patients are supposed to do or tell us where to go for better treatment! Whatever you do, do not trust test results that you get back from Legacy medical center in Lethbridge alberta. A Doctor from legacy medical center told me I had caught an s t I. They gave me a prescription And then fired me as a patient saying that I was difficult. But I did not trust or beleive the doctor, so I held on to the prescription. I went back and got tested again with a different doctor. And I wish I could say I was surprised when I found out that I Tested negative for the s t I. I came to this clinic when I moved to Lethbridge in the hopes of getting a family doctor. I was given a doctor who will remain nameless, but was repeatedly unprofessional, neglectful, and ignored key details in handling my needs. From the moment you walk on the door to the moment you leave ..you feel cared for, welcomed and important. The front line staff are incredible..friendly, efficient and caring…and they have a sense of humour and fun too. Nurses who take your blood and get you settled are most approachable and friendly. The doctors provide careful assessment and care and referrals as necessary to ensure your health is kept in check. It’s honestly hands down the best GP clinic I have ever attended.
