Insanely impressed with Carson and the Legacy Landscaping team. They are professional, quick and so experienced in what they do. If you have any lawncare or landscaping needs, I strongly recommend going to Legacy. They will make sure you are taken care of and that you don't have to lift a finger for those spring projects! 10/10!
Poor communication and customer service. I contacted this company for a small landscape quote. Over a month went by with no reply. I then contacted them a second time to follow up and was told they weren't sure what happened to the request. That's fine; maybe it got lost, that can happen. I restated what I wanted to be done, and they assured me they would get me a quote as soon as possible. Fast forward another month with no response.
