More than anything else, I was dissapointed. Customer Service was very professional. However, actual services rendered were sub-par. I've not had such poor lawn services in the past. Again, simply dissapointed.

Jessica I can assure you our team is on top of this to correct any issue. We strive to do the best job possible. There are many veriables in lawn maintenance some the we can not control... We will have Someone from our staff contact you or meet you on site to discuss your issues.
I have had them since 2009, and love how my lawn has been since then. Definitely luck dealing with a locally owned business to where there is something going on I can talk to the main decision makers, and not be a customer # going into a call center.
They are the plant whisperers! We have 35 year old crape myrtles that have rarely bloomed. After they took care of them the were bursting with color. It was a miracle.
