Made an appointment a month out. They canceled the appointment at 1am the day before the appointment. Stating will be closed the rest of the month. Reality they cannot get employees because of low pay for the industry. I have been going here since 2009.
Can only get through about 10 people per hour regardless of appointment status. Old ways were better, LabCorp has made testing less efficient and cost more
Rude and slow..BEWARE..only people that were nice were the nurses that drew your blood.. thank you.
Terrible customer service. I sat for 30 minutes, had an appointment, and arrived 15 mins early. No one assisted me and my name was never called. When I asked the desk a second time how long it would be, they said I must be at the wrong location. They could have assisted me the first time confirming my appointment but I was sent away to sit down. It wasn’t until I checked in the second time that they helped me.
Trash company. Their system is always down. They prioritize profit over care. Cheapo IT infrastructure, and patients suffer
