The people there were very professional- they kept people flowing and were able to accommodate walk in while being forward about wait times and when is best to come in. Despite a grumpy few older folks who were hollering at the staff they kept s friendly demeanor

Incredibly disrespectful of time had an appointment scheduled which I had to drive an hour too just for them to not honor the appointment and say they don’t do it right now. Which would be understandable if they didn’t have that as available time they have considerations for you and to be frank the people at the front weren’t very kind as well

If I could give this place zero stars I would. First let's talk about the rude blue haired thing they had working at the front desk. If "zero customer service skills" had a face she would be it. Make an appointment? Doesn't matter, these sloths are slower than the attendants at the DMV, and they will not honor the appointment time. It is obvious their attitude is, "you are on their time, they are not on yours" and your time schedule doesn't matter to them and they let you know it by making you wait while walk-ins who self pa... read more

I have to go here for a drug screening per my work. The email that LABCORP sent me directly says business hours are 7am-5pm. I arrived at 4:04 and was told the drug screenings are Monday-Friday 8:30am-4pm. I let them know that the email shows different hours. They confirmed that it does show different hours but they again told me that they close the testing at 4pm. I said "so i missed it by 4 minutes". They dismissed me saying "unfortunately it it closed for the day and you did miss it". Terrible experience. Would never go h... read more
