Legacy Good Sam should NEVER have sold off their lab services to Labcorp. Absolutely atrocious process, it takes forever now. I’ve been waiting -checked in - over an hour after my appointment time, and have yet to be called up to the desk for their routine questions prior to being called back for the blood draw. Expect 2 hours for what used to take 15 minutes prior to the outsourcing to Labcorp. Every time is like this now. Understaffed, for profit system run with bare bones staffing and confusing appointment/check in system... read more
The reason people make an appointment a head of is so they can get in and out not so they can spend an hour in the waiting room to have thiar blood work do
Labcorp stinks!
While the lobby was full and the check in kiosk (English/Spanish only, not something the lab can fix 🤷) said the wait was over two hours, I was able to get registered within 5 minutes of my appointment time. The techs were very nice and I heard them thanking the other patients (and myself) for their patience, as there were only two people drawing when I got there. Unfortunately, the folks without appointments did have to wait a while, but everyone seemed ok. All in all, it was a great experience! I will definitely come back... read more
