I had a drug test done on July 21,2020 that was Friday.The Technician said I will receive my test result in two days. Considering that it was a weekend . I counted from Monday August 3,2020 till 5/8/20.I did a follow up call , unfortunately nowadays there is nobody we can talk to but just to leave a message. I was so frustrated that until now it’s another weekend and I haven’t receive the result yet. I hope this company is checking their reviews on time , to call their attention. Very disappointed.
Unprofessional and unhelpful. Employee could not explain procedures and policies adequately. I was denied basic assistance as well as any management information. When I asked for clarification they threatened to call the police on me. What a joke. ** If ownership can see this review, please know that I videotaped my experience, and would be more than happy to answer any questions you may have regarding this matter. **
Mary was very pleasant and we had a great chat.
