10:30 appointment. 11:15 and still haven’t seen my wife and we have another place to be. Ridiculous.
The receptionist Noah is very rude and snarky. I witnessed him be rude to multiple people in the 15 minutes I was in the waiting area. Totally sucking the air out of anyone that came and spoke to him at the check in desk.
They lost my sample then tried to gaslight me into saying I never dropped it off. Wild place.
The self checkin sucks. Pushing off the checkin on patients is unconscionable. 1. Not everyone is capable of self checkin 2. I called 2 days ago to confirm that all my tests were ordered but received no reply. 3. Are company profits not high enough?
