Buyers beware check you payment history and payoffs these companies like federal investors should be audit by IRS they are not showing full payments charging credit fees unauthorized charging higher late fees then contracts and showing less in principle then paid please report them asap to the commissioner office and the IRS

Horrible! Run! ****** is at Legacy&Erin is at Homes to Go. They are mother /daughter. My home arrived damaged. I took pictures &emailed them as instructed &there has been no responses. All want is my home repaired. I have made a complaint with HUD. Don't buy from them. They are terrible management. Go somewhere else. We wish we would have!

I talked to a manager who had the worst attitude. I don't know how this place stays in business. What a horrible way to start a relationship with this home. I asked for a simple price quote for insurance purposes and the woman was dismissive and condescending. Stay away from this place.

Bought a house from these people and they delivered the house on their terms and when they wanted to and my husband had to leave work in order for him to be there for them to deliver the house and they took forever to get the ** installed and once ** was installed it still wasn't working properly and still isn't working properly the guy that welded the parts on there didn't weld it right and now it's leaking and now the ** is not working like it should.. every time I try to call to file a complaint about something they said ... read more

if you are a contractor in the mobile home industry do not do any work for these people they do not treat you any better than their customers they will make up reasons not to pay you. i have to give them a star to post this but they dont deserve that

Their customer service is horrific. They take your money and then deliver a brand new house with a huge crack in the ceiling & about 10-12 spots on the ceiling (which look like water spots) and say they don’t fix anything on a brand new home that’s “cosmetic”. Ridiculous...Rep from Legacy came to see it & did nothing! I would not buy a dog house from this company.

Had a home built by legacy through homes to go. House arrived there was at least 10 tears in the vinyl flooring due to not being glued right. They are quick to answer phone and call during the approval time but avoid you after house is delivered. House was delivered 3 weeks ago and still no a/c! Windows are not put together right and won’t stay up! Very bad organization skills and communicate with you when the want to! Would not recommend to anyone who don’t want headaches and stress!!!

Legacy homes are built horribly cheap! We have had our home a little over a year and our floors are already deteriorating. We have mold and many other issues. Also when we asked them to fix even our 30 day list it was never completed and when they did come fix things it was not done well at all.
