They are horrible!!! Do not do business with them. Here’s my justification for the 1 star and why they are horrible. God forbids your love one have complications on the weekend, the on call nurses care nothing about “timeliness” nor do they have “compassion”. My brother was bleeding profusely where bed sheets were soak, colostomy bags filling up with blood. Hospice on call nurse says well to company policy I have an hour to get there (wow!!!).
