Wow, what a terrible experience I had with this company. The owner came out to give me a quote on a new roof. His demeanor was quite unexpected in that he appeared agitated and aggressive. He lost his mind when he asked how many prior bids I had received, I told him I had received a few already. He then yelled "I've been in this business for so many years and I know you are only trying to get the lowest price", abruptly packed his things up and jumped in his car. I asked him why is he behaving this way and he yelled "you're re waisting my time, I have a family too"! I wasn't even remotely trying to negotiate with him. We then got into a shouting match. He behaved like a spoiled child that didn't get his way. He actually tried to goat me into leaving my porch to meet him at his car to FIGHT! This was insane and I told him to get off my property. Stay away from this guy unless you're in the mood for a shouting match or physical fight otherwise pull your wallet out to appease him and make him happy. The really crazy thing was I liked his price and materials. I was seriously thinking of using him and then he got angry out of no where. Oh well, I wish him the best and hope he resolves his internal anger issues.

Business Response:

First of all I didn't no work for this customer I set an appointment days earlier to accommodate the customer schedule on a Saturday morning I arrived early and after 10 minutes the customer finally answered the door half asleep and told me he did not make an appointment. The customer stated he had "8" estimates already and was getting several more I then showed him my product which he didn't pay attention to what I was explaining Gave him a price and told him that 12 bids was ridiculous He then told me to "---" myself among every other curse or foul language that he could launch out of his mouth. My company is highly reviewed. This customer is a person that wastes hard working reputable peoples time If I was any other contractor I wouldn't even give him an estimate.
