Absolutely LOVE Shawna and absolutely LOVE Raven. Only had the pleasure of meeting Shawna once, but it was enough to know she’s excellent at what she does. She’s punctual, caring and wonderful at answering questions. Definitely someone you want on your team. Then there’s Raven. Simply the BEST. We have Legacy Home Care come out to our property once a month. Brian takes everyone's blood pressure and the residents are always happy to see him.
I have been working with Legacy home care for the past 6 years. Whenever families have asked about private pay services I always feel confident talking about the services Legacy can provide. Brian Juul will meet with the family in person or by phone to answer any and all questions they have. Being a TCU social worker this customer services helps me to give the familes reassurance about returning home. Thank you Brian for everything you do.
