Love coming here. The front administrative assistants are amazing and always so compassionate with me when it comes to being late or having to reschedule! They understand things happen! Thank you, Ashley, for always being so sweet and welcoming me when I'm there for my appointments, especially for my mental health. It's always great to see people who love their jobs and patients! Give these girls a raise! 😊😊😊😊
If need you to go anywhere for therapy, I highly recommend this place!! Both the front desk ladies, Joanna and Ashley, are always so welcoming when I walk in. They were also able to get me in fairly quickly, I tried other offices that had at least a month wait but they got me seen in about a week and a half! You can tell the therapists and even management genuinely care about their patients!
They saw my child for 1 appointment and have cancelled the next 2. Days hence I asked why Ashely laughed and said they couldn’t do anything. I asked to speak to met boss since she finds something funny. The boss hung up on me. Go elsewhere. They are only in it for money
Highly recommend great place receptionist are very friendly MS Robinson individual /family therapist we love her and Mr Joseph Brown and Natalie are great also I appreciate the friendly environment and the connections with our therapists
