Waited for more than 6 hours in the ER, horrible experience.
The security guards would not let a delivery person in to deliver a pizza. The security guard said the bedridden patient needed to go to the lobby to pick it up. There is video of the security guards telling the delivery person they can not deliver the food to the patient.
Cynthia C at check in, she’s a national treasure. That gal is such an amazing rep for the center! She needs all the days off and all the pay raises available. :)
