Admitted through the ER in April 2025. It was a little slow but I have had to wait in other ERs much longer. The staff was great throughout my entire visit. Special thanks to the 9th floor staff: Jonica, Josephine, Jasmin, Scott, Teri, Ciara, Tyler, the 2 Megans and Silma (?, not sure I got her name right, from housekeeping). The hospital was very clean, and I felt safe and well taken care of for all 4 days I was there. My medical team was also top notch!!!
I've been here for myself and for a family member. Both experiences were excellent. The techs, nurses and doctors have all been friendly and patient. They were accommodating to my requests for added comfort. Thank you Salmon Creek.
It would be nice if one hospital existed that doesn't heavily rely on students and volunteers those are not medical professionals YET, also this place had me waiting in the ER for 7 hours but it only took them 10 minutes to collect my insurance information talk about putting profits over patients there's only one word to describe this place... Inhumane
Only a 2 star due to Charge Nurse Kelly. Actual nurse Michelle was 5 star!. Everything was going well as far as treatment went for my wife (room 548) until visiting hours ended. Our nurse was very kind about letting us know that visiting hours ended at 9. I stated that I have always been able to stay with her in the event of complications as she has stage 3 cirrhosis and many other issues that can be life ending and that she haf just received a blood transfusion which needed to treat 5 different antigens with 4 new antigens ... read more
Want to take a moment to give credit where credit is due. We had our baby last night in a complicated situation and the labor and delivery department at Salmon Creek is second to none. I'm never seen so many people move so fast to take care of business. My wife my baby and I are all happy and healthy at this moment. Thank you everyone that was involved we cannot put into words how thankful we are for all of you. And a special shout out to Lexi you went above and beyond the call of duty last night.
