I had my baby at Legacy Salmon Creek and had a positive experience. I initially thought that would be my only time visiting, but unfortunately, I have had to take my baby in twice since then, and both visits were generally satisfactory. During the last visit, we waited two hours for her to receive medical care for a cut; while the wait was not excessive, I felt it could have been more efficient. Horrible, 8+ hours just for an X ray. I have been here multiple times, wasted probably around 2 days total, just for them to be unable to determine anything of value every single time. Absolute joke of an emergency room. Incredibly inefficient and understaffed. Lots of the staff don't really care about your well being, if it isn't super critical you're better off hoping it improves on its own or going somewhere else
I have been here for 8.5hrs my last nurse was hreat! New nurse put me in room and just leaves me. I realize I have no help button ( have trouble with my hip and walking) and I try to yell for help im pain and nothing so I ended up having to call the hospital and have them send someone. Nurse comes in says here’s your button and I dont think we can help with more pain yet.
