If there was a zero I would have given it. I was referred to legacy Salmon creek by the VA call in triage nurse. About 20 to 30 minutes after I arrived they called me in to see the triage nurse I was evaluated and told that would be taking X-rays and running other tests. After another 1 to 1 1/2 hours they came out and advised me they weren’t going to treat me and that I would have to go to the VA emergency room, no reason, no explanation. Horrible place
No wonder why I always say that Legacy Salmon Creek is the best hospital ever. Had an appointment this morning and as always I was greeted with the smile, politeness and enthusiasm. From the security to front desk and a whole imaging team. A special thanks to Volunteers who helped to get me to where I needed to go. Thanks to all Legacy Salmon Creek keep shining like the best team ever.
I had the pleasure of meeting and getting taken care of by nurse Yuri. He is an experienced & excellent RN, he made my visit comfortable, safe, and pleasant! He is also in school to get an even higher education, you can tell he truly cares for you, and about his craft! I would want to deal with him anytime I come back!
Dr. James Robert’s and his staff are ALL-STARS!! And, I just visited radiology and stand outs are Brandy, Cassandra, Makale, Justin & Danesa!! You were all noticed by your exceptional customer service and making me feel super special!! Also, the receptionist for Brandy was amazing as well.
