My first impression of this clinic is sad. After seven hours in the emergency department, with only a small portion of that time spent receiving care. Before discharge, we were told a work note would be provided, but it wasn’t included with the paperwork. After getting home, I checked the patient portal and the After Visit Summary, but the work note wasn’t there. I called the hospital to ask if it could be uploaded to the portal or emailed, but was told in a very aggravated tone, no and it could only be printed and picked up... read more
They are terrible…can be 3 people in the lobby and they take 5-6 hours to call someone back just to triage
I can into the ER with a severe injury. They were professional, attentive, kind and offered the best care possible. I stayed the night on the unit and had the same experience. Nurses and doctors were fantastic!!!
