We have been waiting for a blood test result for over 2 hours. Seems a bit inefficient.
Horrible! My mom went in for back surgery, during the night rather than taking the time and help her to the bathroom they straight cathed her not once but 3 freeking times. Would not help her get comfortable or allow her to lay on her side instead, they left a drainage pouch thing in lower back and wouldn't move it or move her. The whole experience left with her wanting out and security there while she was naked getting dressed. These were male security guards.
