This place is an actual joke. They have no sense of professionalism and couldn’t answer basic questions or take my issues seriously. Dr. Pam P Liu is a joke she was making scribbles on her notepad pretending to write down what I was saying. I had to ask for the same tests multiple times and received an attitude for no reason from her and her assistant. The provider couldn't have cared less about me or my RSV symptoms and refused to give me antibiotics, instead wanting me to wait the 7-10 days and reassess. I've only gotten worse and been bed bound since. When I called about a second opinion the staff said I'd have to pay another copay which I refused.
