Wow. I’ve never experienced Urgent Care like I did today. Days of dreading spending hours in a waiting room are over. Save a spot online! We were originally on a 4 hour waitlist but they text us telling us they called in another provider so we got in within 1 hour, which we spent in the comfort of our home. The staff was amazing, especially Dr. Molstrom (not sure on that spelling) He was great with us, our kids, and I never felt rushed. The Doctor and the staff were so helpful, kind, fun and informative. I was able to get in right away and they had xray services. I will use this Urgent Care in the future!
Where to begin? First available was 3 hours later then 30 min delay when I arrive for appointment
They need to confirm your address and phone number when you check in, like everywhere else does. When they needed to call me with test results, they had an old phone number from 11 years and two moves ago when I last used an affiliated facility.
Great service! Quick and efficient with great bedside manner. Their online appt booking was awesome and we didn’t have to wait. The staff was very caring and comforting as well as knowledgeable. Thank you for making a terrible situation bearable!!
Be careful - even after taking my insurance information, they went ahead and DIDN’T file a claim with my insurance company, billed me the $175.00 for the doctor’s note I was there for, and then when I called them to politely ask why it was so high, the lady just kept repeating, “that’s the code, that’s the code the visit has and was coded for - that’s the correct amount”. Your staff that saw my son today, was absolutely amazing. I wish more people were as caring as they were. Every single person there helped keep my son calm and was understanding. Everyone, especially the man who checked us in, were outstanding. I truly wish there were more people like the wonderful staff there. Bless your hearts, and thank you so much!!!!!! <3
