Both practitioners I had contact with were personable, knowledgeable, efficient, reassuring and explaining and answered questions in clear, understandable terms. I also appreciated the follow up call after my original visit. Support staff were patient and helpful, as well.
I went in at the end of May (5/31) because of foot pain, I thought I had fractured my foot. I told the doctor my symptoms and she said it "sounded like a fracture". When I asked about an x ray, she said "If there was a crack, it would be so small, and I wouldn't really know what I'm looking for anyway because I'm not a podiatrist." I don't have an insurance and an x ray would have been an extra $60 which is not a big deal considering I had just paid $250 for the visit.
