I've had nothing but issues with my garage door since they worked on it. They charge me almost $1,500.00 to change out the spring and told me my drums were bad. I've had nothing but trouble with the cheap drums they used. The cables keep coming off the drums and I can't close the garage door. When I call them to come out to fix them again, they can't come out for 2 days. I had to call another garage door repair company as I'm not leaving my garage door open for 2 day. Earlier today, I had Cole from Legacy Garage Door Repair over to fix a jammed roller on our garage door. Living just outside of town, I appreciated the quick response since it's not always easy to get service appointments out here. Cole was on time and really thorough in his work, explaining what caused the issue and how to prevent it in the future.
