These amazing folks helped a dear friend of mine when another funeral home in another state kept increasing the fees and then lost her husband's remains. Legacy Funeral Home heard of the issue and jumped in from many, many miles away to resolve it. I am in awe of their oversized kindness, and so very grateful.

Typo in the obituary. Typo in the Death Certificate. No follow through with the cemetery for the niche plate correction, which resulted in even longer delays. In my personal and professional opinion, you would think when you are providing services for grieving families, DETAILS should be on the top of the list. All the mistakes were preventable, and added unnecessary stress to an already stressful time.
At first, I was a bit apprehensive about Jerry's chosen profession and then I witnessed him with a grown man who was as broken as anyone could be over the passing of his mother, "Please take care of my Mom."
