I had to change my perspective of sales men today thanks to Mike Hatfield. I believe Mike has a helpful heart and that will be his asset as a sales employee. He really didn’t have to take so much time out for a hard up boy like me that needed a reliable used vehicle. I never once felt less than any other customer that would come through their doors. That’s a great feeling. It’s also a great feeling being in the possession of my well used but well kept work truck. Thanks so much to everyone at Legacy!

We have tried for months to resolve an issue with our vehicle due to title issues. Now they say it's our fault and we are without a vehicle. Poor customer service. I have health problems that require transportation. We have had to talk to legal departments this week and even consider our options on how to proceed further since they won't return our calls or even give us other options. We still don't have all documents to do all the inspections needed.
