Della and I went to Legacy today and was waited on by Ricky Fredrick. Great service! He worked his butt off to get us in a vehicle that we loved, a 2015 Ford Edge. He was very friendly. Ask for Ricky if you want to be treated right.
Excellent car buying experience! My dad and I went last week to get him a truck and it was such a smooth and friendly visit. We were treated great and my dad is very happy with his new truck! Terrible service department. Difficult to deal with. Hard to contact. Connected to wrong departments and voice mails. Service guy did not seem to believe that I had a FORD extended warranty. Instead of looking it up for me, he said I needed to bring proof of my FORD extended warranty with me. By the time I found it, I was late for the appointment. I miss Falls Ford. I guess I'll have to go to London for service.
We had a Great experience today at Legacy Ford. We had an awesome salesman Andy Frederick. He made sure to find us exactly what we was looking for in our price range. I'd recommend anyone to ask for him to help!! Thanks Andy!!

We were traveling from Florida to Michigan when our truck broke down. It was a major repair. The service department did an excellent job. They did their best at keeping us informed of what was going on with the repairs. The repairs were completed in a reasonable time for what I thought was a very reasonable price. Everyone was very helpful and they went out of their way to make a bad situation better. I think we were very lucky to end up there. Re'Nae is fantastic.
