Been a good place to live. These guys are always nice a courteous, complex is always clean, maintience is always nice. The apartments are fairly loud, upstairs neighbors, although they are just walking, sounds like they own a couple elephants.

Don’t feel like cooking??!! PokeMan Sushi bowl food truck will be here .. from 5:30 to 8:00 p.m heard it was delicious!!!!
We moved into Legacy Flats this summer and absolutely love it! The management team are very nice and amiable. When it comes to maintenance, you see the crew out early in the mornings taking care of the grounds so the property always looks clean and maintained. We also like the fact that they stay on top of any issues when it comes to keeping our community friendly and safe. They have great move in specials and resident incentives. Hope to see you here!
I've been searching for an apartment for months in my area. I finally stop by Legacy Flats soon after they opened and spoke to Bambi. After talking to her and hearing about their specials I ask for a tour. What do you know its a beautiful place to live! Spacious living areas, wonderful pools and quiet place to lay back and enjoy the evenings with my wife. She loves it here. Highly recommend you call Bambi to experience this wonderful place.
