Very impressed with maintenance tech, Dandy. I’ve lived here for over 25 years and have seen maintenance techs come and go. He’s quick, knows his stuff, professional, and takes the time to explain the issue and what he did or will do to fix it, which I appreciate. Legacy, this man deserves a raise and a bonus!
I’ve been here for almost 10 years. The apartment is very nice which is why I chose it when planning to relocate. I’ve never had an issue until this year. My air conditioner hasn’t worked properly all summer. Numerous calls and emails have been sent but to no avail it still wasn’t working. As much as I pay for rent I feel every thing I’m paying for should work properly. The leasing office could care less abt your concerns.
