I do not leave negative reviews lightly, but this place is a SCAM. They look for every way to charge you additional money- they send out emails with whole weeks you need to make your apartment available for maintenance, threaten to charge you if they can't enter, and then don't even show up and always say it's your fault for not answering the door. Highly do not recommend unless you like living with roaches. Roaches are everywhere especially the kitchen area. Its disgusting! We pay 5 monthly for pest control and there is still roaches crawling around getting in your food and in your microwave and your oven or anything that carries heat. They need to evacuate every person and do a thorough bombing of each apartment to kill the nests and babies that keep reproducing! Once my lease is up, I’m out of here.
