RecommendedThe community is great. The management is very good. One of the best in the Collierville area. I returned back to legacy after staying elsewhere. Leasing staffs- Leigha and Rachel have been awesome and very helpful. Would definately recommend this apartment complex!
If you enjoy living with constant bug infestations and lizards sunbathing in your bedroom then this is the place for you! They don’t know how to do business and steal money from you the maintenance staff are too busy hitting on tenants instead of actually working. My blinds have been broken since day one they said they were ordering them then never returned. People are moving out daily yet none are moving in — that’s a huge red flag!!!! We have been in the community for about a month now, and our experience has been wonderful thus far! Leigha and Ronica both went above and beyond to make sure your application process and move-in were as smooth as can be! When we moved in there was a cabinet door in the kitchen that kept opening back up and maintenance was in and out in an hour to replace the hinge. Great service! Definitely happy in our new home so far. Plus, it's ultra convenient location is another big positive!

I have been a resident at Legacy Farm Apartments for two years. I would highly recommend this complex. The staff is wonderful!!! The girls in the office are so kind and always greet everyone with a smile. They are very fast to fix any issues I have ever had. The maintenance team do an awesome job on keeping the yard clean!! Ashley and Ronica doing an amazing job on managing their staff!!!
It's a nice place to stay with luxury apartment with lake view ..
