Front desk or reception staff are essential to any healthcare provider because they set the tone for patient visits and with competition on every other corner, rude or unfriendly staff can taint what is otherwise excellent care so people will go elsewhere. The staff member my niece and I encountered was not friendly, not engaged and had very poor customer service. It was very clear she didn’t want to be there. Otherwise, my niece was seen and treated quickly.
Care was quick an excellent. Nurses were friendly and Dr.Soto was very informative and caring. Thank you for taking such good care of my son. (From an ER nurse)

I was visiting family from out of state and they took me their. I had a sinus infection and I was miserable. I was promptly seen. The doctor was absolutely wonderful. I left with a prescription And better in a couple of days. Thank you Legacy ER. My family visit was fantastic.
