RecommendedMet at the door on time. Quickly an professionally did the procedures. Got the answers back faster than advertised. Would gladly return for any other medical issues that may arise.
RecommendedI was exposed to COVID and was able to get an appointment within 2.5 hours. I showed up was checked in, filled out my paperwork and was out the door with my (negative) results in 30 minutes. My daughter had previously gotten a COVID test at CareNow and we waited 40 minutes after the appointment time, waited an additional 2 hours after being sent to a room and didn’t get the results for an entire week. Would STRONGLY recommend Legacy ER. They do it right.

RecommendedI had such a pleasant experience going to Legacy ER. I was seen immediately I guess because of my symptoms. the ER Techs, nurses, and physician were very kind and attentive. This is the cleanest place I have ever been to. I was well taken care of. I will definitely go back if I need to and highly I recommend Legacy ER in McKinney.

RecommendedThis place is amazing! No wait time. I’ve never had a doctor sit down and actually explain the way doctor did last night. I asked the dr can he be my primary care doctor lol of course he told me no lol but he was amazing! The nurses also was great! Thank you guys again for everything
