I had Visit legacy ER, I can say I was nervous going into a urgent care with Covid but after I got there and seen the level of care and cleanness of the place I felt more comfortable. I was transferred to the ER side, from the nurses,Rad tech, and doctor they were all caring and helpful. They make sure I was comfortable in my pain level before just leaving me in the room. I can’t thank them all enough for what they do! I will definitely return if I need to again in the future.
Very short to no wait time. Staff was courteous and friendly. Doctor took the time to talk to me and go over my results and didn’t try to rush me out the door.
