I have gone to Dr. Thuernagle for many years and I have always enjoyed the spirit of the office and the office staff. Dr. T is a great doctor.
It is truly a great experience going to your office starting with a warm welcome at the reception area. I thank you for respecting my time and getting me in a timely manner, your office reflects the type of person Dr Thuernagle is. I just love this friendly staff. The Dentist is so good to explain everything that he is going to do and why. I like that! The proceedure was for a crown that was over an implant that had come off and needed to be re-glued on. It was done and I was on my way out the door in 15 minutes.
I was very pleased with my last cleaning. I usually am, but this time the hygienist that I had was exceptional. She was able to explain my receding gum line to me by using visual words that helped me know what she was talking to me about. She was very kind and had a great conversation with me. I have had so many bad experiences with Dentist it is nice to finally have a Dentist that I can trust. Dr. Thuernagle and his staff have been wonderful and I highly recommend them especially for those of you that have had bad experiences with other Dentists.
My hygienist was great, and I was comfortable the whole time. I will recommend Legacy to friends and family.
