We had Legacy come out and build a new covered deck for our house. I handled the demo but we went with the option to have Legacy handle the permitting process which can be a slog and confusing process, so it was worth the extra to relieve ourselves of that part of the journey. This last winter my home was hammered by a 200' doug fir tree during the bomb cyclone that came through. We have a large deck off the bac of the house that was effected. My insurance company only wanted to focus on the superficial damages covering only a fraction of the true costs. After months of back and forth I reached out to Legacy.
