I just met with a counselor today for the first time. at Legacy who told me I was blah blah blah and trying to be "clever". He said this in a sarcastic tone. I told him my opinion of someones relationship and he said, "oh you get to decide what someones relationship is?" I attended this counseling center. Both for depression and a alcohol program. While the staff and therapists are nice and all, there really is not enough one on one to get the needed help. If became more of just a weekly get together for the therapist where not much was achieved except for just casual conversation. I was expecting it to be like on TV I guess, and wanted to be asked certain questions about my childhood, and why I hated my parents to help me resolve some issues, but that never happened.As far at the alcohol pr... read more
