I totally recommend Legacy Cares for a gay affirming and super supportive recovery in addiction and depression. Legacy Cares not only saved my career, but they also saved my life!
This place is a joke. There's no one ever there to answer the phone, the staff is not diverse enough, the hours of operation say one thing but when you go in person they're closed it's a waste of time and gives me more anxiety and frustrates me. Legacy cares is the wrong name. Should be named" People here just for a check"
I have called these people time and t I me again since Oct of 22. Left messages, emails and sms messages. I HAVE YET to hear a PEEP from them. Only caring seems they are doin is caring for their schedules , time and interests. They don't care how uncouth they are ignoring voicemails and refusing to return calls!!!
Should be called Legacy Don't Care. Left voice messages to try setup counseling appointments as a new client, and also filled out their webform. But never heard a word back, no acknowledgment, no calls back, nothing.
