Legacy Counseling is an organization that helps people from all around the community in so many different ways. Legacy raises money by putting together some of the best events I have ever attended. Becoming involved with Legacy has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my life. Please take the time to learn more about how to benefit this very generous non profit organization.
I worked with a therapist at Legacy in 2013, and she was great. I just recently met with a Social Worker at Legacy. After only 90 minutes, she felt that she knew me well enough to make judgments about my life. She had agreed in our first session to help me with documentation for my disability, but in our second session she said she could only document information that I didn’t want released. Legacy Counseling Center exclusively serves clients with HIV/AIDS. They accept most insurance and also provide counseling for the uninsured/under-insured through the Ryan White program. Both individual and group counseling with licensed, professional therapists are available.
