The Beckstead in South Jordan is a Peak Living property. There is no posted parking instructions or paint on the pavement to signal drivers the management's preferred directionality of parking in a wide curve near the office (parallel or diagonal to the curb). The adhesive on the stickers they use for a tow warning is DAMAGING to vehicles. This business is completely punitive and disrespectful to guests of their residents.

I moved into the community the day they opened May 1, 2015. I have seen many changes. Our current management staff is the BEST. They go the extra mile to keep the residents happy. We all know there are corporate rules they must follow and always helps the residents understands why. I live here at The Beacksted for one year and I plan to renew for the next several years. If I could, this place is one of the best places I’ve ever lived the people. We are family here. The office, , Larry, Scott, Eva and Michelle. They’re awesome. This place is well worth. Every minute here I am so happy here I feel right at homeWere happy to have everything. We have here and The Friends and The Family.
Larry and Scott repaired the compressor on the a/cb in a timely and efficient manner. They are awesome! Thank you for dealing with the heat to fix our needs
