Moved in about October 2025 the people used to be pretty friendly and pretty decent. I am of gay orientation and I'm celibate. Also I'm LDS as well. I've put up with siscrimination as I said from SOME of the residents and one of the heads of management. Not Colton assistant manager. Vehicle has been messed with. Anyone of lgbtq background. I would avoid the apartment complex
The Peak Living management company is just unnecessarily rude and unhelpful. We talked with Michelle who promised my Grandma a certain room. Then when she rented it to someone else, she refused to even say sorry. Minimal level of customer service not found. Overall great community, good property but missing few things to earn 5 stars.
his company is a sham and SOOO, incompetent, and unprofessional. My mother-in-law was promised an apartment to transfer into at The Beckstead by the management. When we went to get the keys, we were informed that they had rented it to someone else with no legitimate explanation. Their only explanation for their incompetence was "there is only so much I can do."
