Recommendedmy husband and I,, absolutely love Legacy Community Clinic. The staff and Nurse Practitioner (Lois Muhammad) are absoluty wonderful. There Phibotomist has very tender hands when drawing blood.....she's such a Sweet Heart.

Worse customer service ever! Rude! Wait time 2 hours! But their Therapist Michael Hamm is great!
How could you imporve you ask? Gee I don't know, maybe start with answering your customers calls or hiring a profient service. Treating your customers TIME as important...you have a lengthly recording about your cancellation policies and yet it's extremely difficult to get a call through to cancel. Not cool....and how bout returning calls in oh I don't know perhaps a few hours or maybe by end of day...severfal days? Really? Who does that? I dont know how to really review them because the therapist is amazing BUT they hold times to make an appointment is crazy long every single time!! I emailed to their comments and suggestion email and they of course...gave me another place to take my complaint. Customer service over the phone (not in person) ridiculous!!!
