Legacy Credit Union is NOT customer friendly. I've had an account with them for 20+ years, and they regularly frustrate me. Examples: I had the branch manager promise me to clear a fraudulent fee from my account (I had a witness with me), and then she reversed herself later on. The VP of Operations had to straighten it out. Every time I make a deposit in person, it takes much longer than other institutions where I bank, making me feel like they're running a background check on me while I'm waiting.
