Catoosa Hills property in Catoosa. Sidewalks are filthy. Windows are filthy. Common areas in the parking lot look like left over plants that were just dropped in a spot. Full of weeds and grass. Watering system exposed with no mulch to cover it. No thought to a nice shopping experience. Broken arrow shopping is 6 miles away.
