After being charged for a $14 "dry clean" instead of a "press". Calling to ask why I was charged for the difference and being told "a dry clean and a press is like the same thing I think.. it's the same amount of stuff you have to do so there's no price difference". I get home and take my dress out of the cleaners bag to it ALREADY WRINKLED.
