I've had a horrible experience with this company. They tell you one thing and do the rest. The people at the May and 164th location need to learn how to smile... Very dry and impersonal. Worked out a rate/service plan with the store manager and it wasn't followed through upon. Very frustrated...feel very inconvenienced. It seems I have to go through explanations each time I go in there. Never again will I use their services. Please lose my information!
