Imani and majority of staff was extremely rude and disrespectful. We have been coming to this hospital for 14 years for my child and the change in quality of care on every level is astonishing and sooo very sad. We used to feel welcome, and cared for. We now are very clearly a burden to need care. You are being paid to be there. Atleast fake it for these chronically ill children. They've been through enough. They don't need the staff making them feel even worse. I'm so disappointed and so disheartened.

Emari the receptionist was extremely disrespectful when I explained about the crackhead situation outside and why I needed to reschedule. She then threatened to hang up and not cancel my appointment. So I asked to be put through to someone else who could help me so she sent me to voicemail. So unprofessional. so I was then forced to come to the appointment or face penalties for not calling or showing up.
