Great service this go round! Well informed and almost everyone greeted each customer as they arrived.
ABSOLUTELY THE WORST...
BEWARE BEWARE!!! This is the worst service department I have ever experienced!! I have a 2018 GMC Canyon Denali and it seems the "best technician" they employ can not fix my vehicle or manage to not damage it each attempt he makes. I had to wait over an hour and a half for basic maintenance with an appointment (oil change, tire rotation, multi-point inspection) on multiple occasions. EDIT: Apparently didn't even fix the A/C. Less than a week later and it's not working properly now, again. Waited 5 1/2 hours for what should have been a one hour service. One of the things I needed was an airbag recall. Made an appointment, called back to give vin number and make sure they would have the part needed. After waiting 5 1/2 hours they didn't have the part for the airbag.
Almost couldn't find a car but thanks to the salesman Justin I was able to find a car within my price range the service was great and when I'm needing a new car I'll definitely be coming back here
