I bought two expensive vehicles at Legacy Buick GMC. We had an issue with the service department and I was asked for feedback. I sent in my feedback as requested and the response I received was them firing me as a customer! They actually sent an email telling us to never come back to the dealership. Well we had already decided there was no way we would ever go back there.
We had an appointment with intentions to take home a new truck. We live a distance away and had been in contact with Sky from the dealership and never once that day while emailing did she mention that the truck was sold the day before we drove all the way there for nothing! This to us, is bad business! they could've let us know it was sold and not wasted our time!! I dont recommend this dealership to anyone!!

She’s listened to all my needs today she put her blood,sweat,and tears into getting me a car! I highly appreciate her and all she’s done for me today! Thanks so much guys! She picked out the best car for me and made me feel right at home! She really is the bomb.com! I’d highly recommend her as well!
Definitely a shady car lot. The finance guy tried to get me to sign a much higher interest rate (8%) than we qualified for and then verbally lied about the interest rate we were getting and had us sign for something higher. The sticker from another dealer is still halfway on my vehicle. Will never shop here again and if you do definitely read over your paper work before signing. JUST GO TO ANOTHER CAR LOT.
Great experience buying our new Acadia. Sammy and the rest of the staff was very pleasant and professional! Would recommend Legacy to anyone looking for a new car!

Wow!!!! We had an amazing experience at legacy. I went in for a oil change on my 2013 tahoe and walked out with an amazing deal on a 2018 Yukon. They honored everything promised with no hassle and gave me a very fair trade in value. Service has been amazing when I have come in and handled everything in a timely manner.
