RecommendedDefinitely worth the drive! I’ve been shopping for several weeks for a 2020 denali. Gino Gallodoro and Jacob Leo were fantastic to work with. The process was extremely fast and easy. The deal I got was several thousand less than other dealerships and I didn’t even have to negotiate. There were NO hidden fees and my interest rate was great! I have never purchased anything from this dealership nor have I ever been affiliated with any of it employees.
Shout-out to Howard in the service department who went above and beyond to help me out with with a very stressful situation I was having with my Acadia. He had my car towed from Covington to Slidell, fixed the problem and kept me up to date with everything and stayed open and honest with me. I really appreciate everything he and Legacy Buick GMC did for me in the midst of the holiday season. Five Stars!!!
I drove to their Slidell dealership from Jackson, MS because they had the best deal around for a new 2020 Yukon Denali. Their customer service was excellent!!! I came in to purchase a set of 4 tires for my Enclave. Had a great appointment time, and everything was ready on time. Also, the dealer provided a ride back to my home, as I picked up the car later that day.
